Loose weight, stay fit, of simply go for a run in the wind, with our gym and fitness center. With a fully stocked gym, you can keep fit while you travel. You no longer need to miss your 5km run every morning because you are on a business trip. Our gym provides everything you need.
Our gym instructor will help you in case of an emergency, and if you require guidance with any of our equipment.

Restaurant
Assorted dishes available in our restaurant serve you really nice. Make it a date with our chefs and you will be glad you did. Our dishes are simply irresistible and mouthwatering. Fill up and I bet, you will come back for more. We await you.

Outdoor Pool
At De Franklin apartments, We built an outdoor pool for our guests. This pool opens up to a VIP bar, a private sit out and also has access to the gym. The pool is clean, treated regularly and is a reliving splash from the scorching Abuja sun. For non-residents, the pool could be accessed by speaking to us at the reception.

Conference Hall
Our conference hall (Ghandi Hall) comfortably sits 14 executives boardroom setup and 12 assistants. This hall may also be reconfigured to accommodate up to 50 persons theater style. The hall also has provision for a registration desk, a private kitchen and a private entrance and exit
