You can identify all team members by their uniforms and name badges
Team members will be courteous, helpful and acknowledge you within 3 seconds. Booked Guests will be served a welcome drink within 3 minutes of arrival and will be checked into their rooms within 5 minutes.
You will be assisted within 5 minutes of arrival at any service point
We will respond to Banqueting, Conference and Room booking enquiries immediately or at the latest within 4 hours.
If waiting for food and beverage services, you will be acknowledged courteously and the following total waiting times are applicable; Beverages :5 minutes, Breakfast :15 minutes ,Lunch: 20 minutes, Dinner :30 minutes, Room Service: 30 minutes.
Our Communication Services

Clear and accurate information about our services is available at the Guest Service Centre.
Calls will be answered within 3 rings with the team members name and work area identified.
All guest messages will be delivered within 5 minutes.
All guests will have access to the management team 24/7/365.

Our Conference Hall is fully air-conditioned and possesses its own powerful DJ sound system with a 12 channel-mixing console, 4 large speakers, a selection of wireless microphones, LCD projector and screen. We can host 300 people for a cocktail event, 200 people theatre style and 120 people banquet style.

Cocktail Parties and Receptions

Cocktail parties and Receptions up to 300 people can be organised in our Conference Hall.

Our Conference Hall is fully air-conditioned and possesses its own powerful DJ sound system with a 12 channel mixing console, 4 large speakers, a selection of wireless microphones, LCD projector and screen and can host 300 people for a cocktail event, 200 people theatre style and 120 people banquet style.
