The facility is equipped with three (3) power generating sets (80KVA, 40KVA and 27KVA) to guarantee round the clock uninterrupted power supply. DSTV cable is available at all TV points in the facility and guests have the choice of 6 channels on the TVs in their rooms.

We are strategically located such that you can reach us without the stress of driving through the city. Driving time to our gate from Old toll gate Ibadan is only 15minutes. For fun-seekers and vacationers with a thirst for night life, we are well located and our facilities are accessible to guests and lodgers at all hours.
